Ever heard of the phrase “Duck Duck Jeep?”
Duck Duck Jeep is an act of kindness where Jeep owners place rubber ducks on each other’s cars. This movement was created by Allison Parliament in Ontario, Canada. Since its start in 2020, the movement made its way down south to Corpus Christi and many parts of the United States. As of Mar. 21, the “Duck Duck Jeep Texas” Facebook group had about 6,00 members with similar groups climbing in numbers.
ItsMoose.com thinks Duck Duck Jeep is something that makes people smile, especially after overcoming the challenges of COVID-19, which we still face today. When someone walks to their Jeep and sees a duck (branded or not), you feel good — even as adults. It’s a simple toy that brings a simple joy.
ItsMoose.com was super happy to be able to brand these ducks for Competition Sound in Corpus Christi. Competition Sound is Corpus Christi’s largest authorized mobile audio retailer in South Texas. They are sponsoring the Jeep the Beach event in Corpus Christi this weekend on July 23rd, 2022. They’ll be giving out hundreds of these branded ducks tagged with discounts to Jeep owners that want to upgrade their sound systems and lighting accessories.
Jeep the Beach is Planet 102.3’s first ever poker style Jeep run around the Corpus Christi bay. Already being called the largest Jeep event in the Coastal Bend, this event intends to raise funds for our military. Proceeds of the registration will go to the USO of South Texas. The best hand wins $1,000 and worst hand wins $250.
